TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Delivery time
The delivery time of the products is 7-14 workdays. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the destination. The products are sent as soon as possible and we will be in contact if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual. If the product is temporarily sold out, the service will mention that the product is not available.
Products are delivered only to EU countries.
Deliveries are sent by Finnish Post (Itella) in Finland and outside Finland by GLS, if not otherwise agreed.
Delivery prices: Salli Driver 15 €, Chairs 25 €, Salli Compact 40 €.
All the product prices and delivery charges are displayed in euros (EUR).
All the product prices and delivery charges include 24% VAT irrespective of the delivery destination.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Salli Systems has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the User should contact the respective local customs office for further information.
Credit card (if outside Finland, only valid option) and in Finland Finnish banks: Nordea, Danskebank, OP; Aktia.
4. Cancellation and Returns
The customer is entitled to return unused items within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item/items, not including the day of delivery. The returned item and its packaging shall be in substantially the same condition as when received.
Customers are requested to notify Salli Systems of the return of items by email to info(at)salli.com BEFORE returning said items. Contact Salli Systems info(at)salli.com and you will get further details.
Shipments damaged in transport. Despite careful packaging, shipments may sometimes be damaged in transport. It is therefore advisable to check the condition of the postal package upon collection in the presence of a postal clerk. If the package has been damaged in transport and if the items have also been damaged, notification thereof is to be made immediately at the post office concerned. After making notification of damage please contact us at info(at)salli.com to agree on a new shipment.
In case of delivery of the wrong product, damaged product etc., the customer shall inform Salli Systems thereof within a reasonable period of time by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The damaged or wrong product shall be returned, at no cost, in accordance with the instructions given by Salli Systems after claim or notice of defect has been posted. Salli Systems shall immediately reimburse any payment for said item/s upon receiving the returned shipment.
All claims made towards an order or product must be sent within 7 days of receiving the items to the address: info(at)salli.com or by phone +358 102 701 210.
Finnish law shall apply to any disputes or discords arising from this long-distance sales agreement.
6. Cancellation of order
The Customer is entitled to cancel the order if the delivery has not happened in a reasonable time. Cancellation must be notified to info(at)salli.com or by phone +358 102 701 210. Salli Systems will notify the customer if delivery times will exceed the given ones. Salli Systems reserves the right to cancel an order and return the money to the customers bank account.
